Painful gums, sore throat and ulcer on my tonque? - ulcer on gums would it be painful
Hi hope you can help
In so much pain and its been goin for a while. It started with a very sore throat. Way worse than the standard rate. My lymph nodes were swollen so bad that my neck looks bigger, but worse still, my gums. They feel swollen and painful to the point that I have trouble eating much at the moment. I'm sad now eat a banana! I also have very painful sores in my Tonque. I thought maybe with a kind of vitamin or something. Somebody has an idea. IN THE fear of losing their teeth is more painful this is sooo wrong.
The first two nights I had a slight fever, but I think that is happening now
