Walking does not help. Running and other cardiovascular exercises quick jumps and step staircase.

Toning comes with lifting weights and working muscles. Walking is the use of muscles, but will not work because the muscles are isolated.

No 30 minutes per day. Twice a day, 30 minutes, but not if you work a regular supply. because want to lose your love handles only drink water, not soda, and go not to eat past 7 night, they fast.
