Why when i try downloading a .RAR file it comes up as a Adobe Reader logo? - rapidshare the readers edge
If I were a normal. rapidshare RAR file, or whatever the logo on the file in Adobe Reader and when I try to click, it opens with Adobe Reader, how can I do? Please help me. Thank you.

You probably have not opened the correct application of this type and is speculation that Adobe Reader will open in the same step. Try and download a program like WinRAR to http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250 ...
Three options --
1. This is a PDF file is open, Adobe's why (it works?)
2. This is a renamed RAR. Pdf. To try to want to change his name. Rar place. Pdf and give it a try.
3. Your file associations are incorrect. Right click and try to "Open With" and select WinRAR, then you will always be open to change with it.
Right click on Win-zip file, then click properties.When window will open is "open with" and now on the 'Change'. Look for the win-rar application, click on it and make sure that is "always turned on with the selected program to open this kind of file" check box and click 'OK'. That is all.
Right click on the RAR. Files and click on "Open With", then switch WinRAR archiver.

Try to install WinRAR.
